Jacks Creek Community

Jacks Creek Community

The Jacks Creek School was built in 1957 under then Superintendent Tom Armour. We are a small learning community of kindergarten through third grade students, a tremendous faculty and staff, and many parents who are genuinely concerned about our students. Our team of faculty, staff, and parents work together to set high expectations for all students and also strive to provide the support needed to reach their goals.

More History about Jacks Creek, TN.

The Jacks Creek community was settled in the 1820s in Henderson (now Chester) County.  Stephen L. Ross, farmer who served in the Tennessee General Assembly, lived here.

John Marshall Stone made his home here before moving in 1855 to Mississippi, where he eventually became governor of that state.
